2 Account Registration

To access the full range of jili30 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all jili30 accounts:

4 Withdrawals

jili30 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jili30 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC identity verification. jili30 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jili30 withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• jili30 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected terms violations.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions above.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili30 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili30 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the jili30 platform:

• All games on the jili30 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are fair, random, and not influenced by jili30 or any third party.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jili30's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jili30 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• jili30 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in exploitation of a technical error or pricing mistake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili30 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jili30 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the jili30 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity theft.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jili30 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jili30 platform without prior written consent from jili30.

9 Privacy & Data

By registering on jili30, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jili30 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• jili30 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• jili30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• jili30's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jili30 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11 Termination & Suspension

jili30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jili30, other players, or third parties.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or account closure.
• jili30 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, jili30 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jili30 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

12 Responsible Gaming

jili30 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age restriction: jili30 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and deposits returned.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili30 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jili30 customer support to seek resolution of any dispute. jili30 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

14 Amendments

jili30 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the jili30 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
